Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of tailvoripets.com, including its content, shopping features, pet products, customer support, and related services (“Services”). Tailvoripets™ is operated by Hangzhou Liyangchuang Technology Co., Ltd. Our online store is powered by Shopify. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
01 · Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. If you allow a minor to use an account or device under your control, you are responsible for that activity.
Provide accurate, current information at checkout and keep account credentials secure. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
02 · Acceptable Use
Use our store lawfully. You must not commit fraud, impersonate others, interfere with security or payments, introduce malware, collect other users’ information, misuse our content, or disrupt the website. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe a material violation has occurred.
03 · Product Information
We aim to describe product size, materials, features, compatibility, and appearance accurately. Minor differences may result from screens, photography, manufacturing updates, or measurement methods.
Animals, decorations, and other props shown in photographs are not included unless the product description says otherwise. Review the listing and instructions before purchase.
04 · Pet Product Safety
Choose products suitable for your pet’s species, size, age, health, and behavior. Supervise use where appropriate, inspect items regularly, and stop using anything broken, loose, torn, or potentially hazardous.
Store content is general product information and does not replace veterinary advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian about health, diet, or product suitability concerns.
05 · Availability & Changes
Products are subject to availability. We may update specifications, correct descriptions, limit quantities, discontinue items, or restrict delivery destinations. We will not substitute a materially different product without any consent required by applicable law.
06 · Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms submission but does not always mean the order can be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a clear pricing or inventory error.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
07 · Changes & Cancellations
Check items, quantities, and delivery details before ordering. Send cancellation or address-change requests to service@tailvoripets.com within 12 hours of purchase. We will try to help, but changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment begins.
After dispatch, an order may need to follow our return process. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
08 · Prices, Promotions & Taxes
Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes shown by our store are presented before payment. Customs duties or import charges may also apply depending on the destination.
Promotions may have dates, product exclusions, code requirements, or quantity limits. The stated terms of a promotion govern that offer.
09 · Payment
Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. Available methods appear at checkout and may vary by location or transaction. Payments are handled by authorized providers; we do not directly store complete card numbers or security codes.
Your provider may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other bank fees.
10 · Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed under our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incomplete addresses, and other circumstances. Items may arrive in separate shipments when fulfilled from different locations.
Please provide a complete delivery address. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit is determined by applicable consumer law.
11 · Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return requests, eligibility, shipping instructions, refunds, and exchanges. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide the appropriate destination. Our business address is not automatically a return address.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12 · Intellectual Property
Our original brand presentation, text, images, graphics, videos, and page designs are owned by or licensed to Hangzhou Liyangchuang Technology Co., Ltd. or their respective rights holders. You may browse and retain ordinary purchase records for personal use.
Do not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or branding commercially without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
13 · Reviews & Submitted Content
When submitting a review, photograph, or comment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it reflects a genuine experience. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, threatening, or malicious content. Disclose any incentive where required.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use your submission in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms.
14 · Third-Party Services
Payment, delivery, analytics, social, or other external services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using an independent service. We are responsible for our own obligations as the seller, subject to applicable law.
15 · Shopify’s Role
Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform that powers our store. Your purchase is made from Hangzhou Liyangchuang Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Tailvoripets™. We are the seller responsible for our product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.
16 · Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed through the store. Shopify and other providers may process information needed for checkout, fraud prevention, fulfillment, support, and related services.
17 · Errors & Corrections
We may correct inaccurate product details, pricing, availability, promotions, images, or delivery information. If a significant error affects an order, we may contact you to offer a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase as permitted by law.
18 · Optional Features
Some website tools may be supplied by third parties or have additional terms. Availability may change. New store features will be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
19 · Website Availability & Warranties
We work to keep our website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free functions, or compatibility with every device. Product-specific warranties, if any, will be stated with the product.
Nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This does not exclude liability for our own unlawful conduct, defective goods, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
21 · Claims Resulting From Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of our Services, infringement of another party’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
22 · Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security interference, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Obligations and rights that arose before suspension remain subject to applicable law.
23 · Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the transaction and dispute. Nothing in them removes mandatory consumer protections or a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an order or service concern directly.
24 · Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply where lawful.
25 · No Waiver
A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be clearly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
26 · Entire Agreement
These Terms and the store policies referenced during shopping describe the conditions for using our Services. They do not replace any rights that cannot legally be waived.
27 · Assignment
You may not transfer account access or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer business rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring or sale, subject to applicable law.

We may revise these Terms when our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version and revision date will be published here. Where required by law, we will give further notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
